East Africa Dev Ledger
Who's actually building the most
Real, active developers per country: candidates sourced from committers.top's own tracked pool, ranked by actual public contributions pulled fresh from GitHub's own GraphQL API every 5 days. Accounts with zero real activity this year are dropped rather than padded in to hit a round number.
